We take "before" photos of your home (gutters, shrubbery, window screens, etc.) to make sure that all facets of your home are respected and no damage occurs during the restoration process
We cover all flower beds with tarps to protect your foliage and maintain a clean worksite
We inspect all decking and replace any rotten wood
We install new felt on the entire roof surface and fit all valleys with ice and water
We install all shingles to manufacturer's specifications to ensure all material warranties are honored
We thoroughly clean the job site and run a magnet to pick up any stray nails
